Shane Clayton has been serving Nanaimo, British Columbia, and its surrounding communities for over a decade. He offers a range of real estate services to buyers and sellers including residential, commercial, and rural properties.

THE PROBLEM

Shane came to us from his colleague, who was already a client. He had been in the business for about a year and was really unhappy with the leads he was receiving from his brokerage.

He was getting leads from their portal but wasn’t really sure where they were coming from and found that many of them were low-quality. They were people just looking for information or people who wanted to work with the listing agent, which he knew wasn’t the best use of his time. He was also working on Zillow and Trulia but found that those leads weren’t performing very well either.
